Austin Pets Alive / Animated Branding

For this class project, I designed and animated a branding spot for Austin Pets Alive,

Their mission is: “To promote and provide the resources, education, and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals.” In making this piece, I wanted to showcase how people and pets find each other at the shelter.

The goal was to capture that moment when they lock eyes for the first time. So as inspiration, I used the moment I found my dog Arya there a few years ago.
